The Best Fall Home Decor Finds

It’s no secret just how much I am in love with Target and HomeGoods. They aren’t quite up there with my unhealthy obsession with coffee. However, Target and HomeGoods are two of my favorite places to shop for home decor. Not only are the products super cute and get my inspiration running on high. But, they are also super affordable compared to a lot of bigger name brands.

When it comes to decorating your home, I am a big supporter of spending more on your investment pieces than your accessories. That means you’re going to be spending more money on pieces in your home that will be staples for years to come. These are things like your furniture and other pieces. They act as focus points in your home that you build your style around. Having these staple pieces that act as neutrals in your home, you can easily (and pretty inexpensively in comparison) change up the look of your space through the seasons by changing out accessories (things like decor, pillows, throw blankets, etc.)

The fall home decor from Target this year was to die for. I absolutely loved the simplicity of a lot of the pieces. Not to mention, they would have easily all be able to be paired and layered together. I especially loved all of the mustard pieces they incorporated into their collection this year. I am a die-hard neutral lover. But, I couldn’t help but swoon at all of the natural fall colors and elements this year.

Another thing I loved was all the texture the collections had. I mentioned this in my Simple Ways to Add Fall Into Your Home post. Burning candles and adding texture with things like the Rattan Chargers is one of the easiest ways to make your home cozy for fall. You’re also going to want to get your hands on those amber bottles and mustard accents. Ever since I saw them styled on LizMarieBlog.com, I’ve been in love!

Even larger than my love for Target has to be my love for a good HomeGoods run.

Their decor selection is really unlike any other. Not to mention, the hunt of going through your local store is part of the fun. Since they are under the same company, you’ll often times find some of the same items at T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods. One of the things I loved most about T.J.Maxx Online’s fall decor was that there really is something for every style. You could pair together a lot of different items to get a lot of different looks.

I always especially love T.J.Maxx’s throw pillow selection. They are extremely great quality for being relatively inexpensive. They had some super adorable ones just in time for fall. Pair a few of them together with a matching throw blanket and you easily have a fall-inspired living room!

I also included some of my favorites for creating a darling casual thanksgiving tablescape. Simply add some pillar candles to the Faux Magnolia Leaf Centerpiece , place it on top of that knit runner, and you’ve got yourself a centerpiece. Dress up each place setting with the buffalo check placemat, some white plates, those hemstitch napkins, and the jute placeholders to create a casual setting that will encourage relaxed conversation. (They’d especially be perfect for a friendsgiving dinner!)
