My Favorites From Drew Barrymore Flower Home at Walmart

Drew Barrymore Flower Home at Walmart
When it comes to home decor, I can’t help but notice how Walmart has really stepped up its game in the recent years. As someone who lives in a small-ish town with pretty much only a Walmart, I’ve loved being able to find some pretty great pieces for my home without having to drive very far. Drew Barrymore’s new Flower Home line at Walmart is one of those lines that you’re not going to be able to resist falling in love with.
As you all know, I’m a huge lover of cozy neutrals, and my decorating style is really a mixture of different farmhouse and cottage styles. However, I’ve noticed that this spring and summer, I’ve really embraced incorporating more color into my neutral decor. And you know what? I am really loving it! Color is not typically something I gravitate towards when it comes to home decor, but I have loved how little pops of color have brightened up the spaces for summer. From millennial pink pieces to mustard hues, the new Flower Home line at Walmart is the perfect line for you if you want to incorporate fun, trendy colors into your home’s decor this summer.
Today on the blog I’m so excited to share with y’all some of my favorite picks from the new line. Even if you’re a farmhouse girl like me, I can promise you’re not going to want to miss these darling pieces. Grab a cup of coffee and your wallet – because you’re going to fall in love!

When I was going through the new line on Walmart’s website, I couldn’t help but think back to when Target launched the Opalhouse line. I definitely see a lot of similarities between Flower Home and Opalhouse. Just like I said when Opalhouse launched, I really think you can take pieces from this very different line and incorporate it into your existing farmhouse decor to make it modern, fresh, and unique. If Opalhouse is like the Anthropologie of Target, would you dare to say that Flower Home is the Anthropologie of Walmart? I couldn’t help but notice how Walmart is upping their home decor selection with more high quality pieces to dress up your space at more affordable prices.

When it came to picking out my favorites to share with you, I really wanted to choose pieces that could easily be styled together. My favorites with the Flower Home line definitely include textiles as well as wall art and other accessory furniture. I especially love the chaise lounge and the dog bed! The chaise lounge would look absolutely darling if you styled it on top of the jute rug and next to the floor lamp and the velvet pouf (either pink or in mustard!) with the floral throw pillow and mustard throw blanket.
I also really love the framed herb prints – I’ve been looking everywhere for ones to put up in my kitchen. Liz Marie featured them over on her blog after she painted the frames white, and I am absolutely obsessed with how amazing they look. The human dog print also made me giggle, and I think it’d be a super cute accessory to hang over a dog bed in your home.
Well there you have it, friends! In the end, I must say that I love the Flower Home line at Walmart – all it really took was some imagination. When it comes to styling your hosting home, there are no rules. Take a good look past combining decor styles that traditionally don’t go together and make some magic of your own. If you’ve been thinking of experimenting with adding pops of color into your home, Drew Barrymore’s new line at Walmart is one that you definitely need to check out this summer.
